Abstract
Opsoclonus is a type of saccadic intrusion characterized by involuntary, repretitive, and multidirectional conjugate ocular movements. Opsoclonus may be associated with a variety of etiologies, such as paraneoplastic, parainfectious, or toxic, metabolic conditions. We present the case of a 17-year-old girl with opsoclonus after upper respiratory infection.
